Legend says coffee was first discovered in Ethiopia by a goat herder named Kaldi. He noticed his goats became frisky after munching on some unusual red cherries. He tried it himself and, well, the rest is you-know-what.

Sumatra is the largest island in Indonesia. It’s dotted with rugged peaks and tropical rainforests. Sumatra produces some of the richest, full-bodied coffee found anywhere in the world-and this coffee is king of full-body flavour. Medium-roasted to perfection, our Sumatran pays tribute to an exotic island and its people.
Tasting Notes: Full-bodied with an earthy, syrupy flavor.
I received a bag of Kick Ass Coffee to sample and review. I love my coffee, so I was very excited to try this brand. I love the aroma that the kick ass coffee gives off. I’ve never used coffee beans at home before, so I had to go out and buy a coffee grinder. I myself still don’t really notice much difference between and beans and coffee that is already ground up in a can for you. But one thing that did stand out… It smells amazing.
It is a very nice medium coffee as I don’t like my coffee too strong. I’m not one to drink dark coffee (no cream or sugar) so I tried it out with Mocha Almond Fudge creamer in it. Mmmmmm This coffee was really enjoyable and smooth. I can’t wait to have another cup! I have become a fan and I can’t wait to try the other varieties as well.
