WOW! I’ve got a ton of photos for you all this Wednesday! This past long weekend the 38th annual Edmonton Heritage Festival. It was nice to get out, enjoy some amazing food and learn about different cultures. This year the Edmonton Heritage Festival featured 60 pavilions representing over eighty-five cultures from all over the world. Presenting their culinary delicacies, creative performances, craft shops, artwork, and clothing. I was excited to put my new camera to good use! Let’s get on with the photos!
On our way out I found this feather. What does it mean? Black feathers symbolizes the mystical wisdom that comes with true spiritual initiation. they also offer protection, and repelling negative energy. Finding a feather means that you are on a higher spiritual path and it’s a sign of encouragement. It’s also symbolizes that you have a lighter outlook on life or on a particular situation.
The Edmonton Heritage Festival was a great experience. The food was amazing. The performances were entertaining. The atmosphere was memorable and I had a blast taking photos. It was a wonderful time. I can’t wait to go again next year!
