Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

This moist and deliciously sweet Chocolate Chip Banana Bread is filled with ripe bananas and ooey gooey milk chocolate chips. Prepped in just one bowl, this recipe is super easy to make!. Perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 over ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a large bowl mash up the bananas (with a potato masher), and then add the melted butter.
  • Then mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  • Add the baking soda, salt, and mix.
  • Add the flour and mix.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and Bake for 50 mins in a 9” by 5” loaf pan.
  • Place on a cooling rack for 2-3 hours.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
